As for me, one that would come up first would be Torankusu's Redemption - Hope of A Race.

It's just great. The story is there, the flow, the timing, it's just amazing.

Bleach: Ichigo's Shinigami Hitlist is up there with that in my fav's and Warheart's Remains of Oblivion: Intraday Dereliction.
